Suggested Use & Storage

Carob isn*™t as rich as chocolate but it*™s actually sweeter. When cooking with carob, substitute 1.5 to 2 parts carob powder for every 1 part cocoa powder called for in a recipe. Due to carob powder*™s sweetness you may need to decrease the amount of sugar used.
Dairy-Free Hot Carob
2 cups water
¼ cup NOW Real Food® Organic Coconut Milk Powder
1 ½ tbsp. NOW Real Food® Carob Powder
1 tbsp. NOW Real Food® Organic Monk Fruit 1:1 Sugar Replacement
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
1) Place all ingredients in small pot on medium heat.
2) Whisk together until ingredients are combined.
3) Allow for mixture to reach boil.
4) Serve warm and enjoy!
