Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl), Folate DFE (folic acid), Vitamin B-12 (as Methylcobalamin), Iodine (from Potassium Iodide), Zinc (from L-OptiZinc® - Zinc L-Methionine Complex), Selenium (from L-Selenomethionine), Copper (from Copper Amino Acid Chelate), L-Tyrosine (Free-Form), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) (Root and Leaf) Standardized Extract (min. 2.5% Withanolides) Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.
